Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Siemens PLC environment.
- Experience with pilot plant design & construction.
- Experience leading engineers and technicians.
- Experience installing electrical, instrumentation and controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop standards for controls programming.
- Lead equipment scopes from concept to ramp and handover.
- Manage external providers to deliver integrated mineral refining scopes.
- Drive cross-functional teams to de-risk scale-up and commercialization.
- Support hiring and mentoring of junior process engineers.
- Develop technoeconomic models to inform business development.
- Prepare bankable engineering deliverables for due diligence.
- Identify and implement process engineering and project tools.
- Support automation of capital project workflows and control algorithms.
