Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in engineering and problem solving.
• Experience leading equipment engineering and design projects.
• Brownfield and Greenfield project experience.
• Proven leadership of engineers and technicians.
• Experience with capital projects >$5M.

Responsibilities

• Develop controls programming standards.
• Lead equipment scopes from concept through ramp.
• Manage external providers and licensors for integrated scopes.
• Drive cross‑functional teams to scale‑up and de‑risk processes.
• Support hiring and mentorship of junior engineers.
• Develop technoeconomic models to inform opportunities.
• Prepare bankable deliverables for financing due diligence.
• Identify and implement project software tools.
• Support software and ML teams to automate workflows.
