Qualifications

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Engineering as specified.
• Minimum 5 years in process control engineering in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with PLC/DCS platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell).
• Strong control theory, loop tuning, instrumentation knowledge.
• Experience with SCADA and industrial networking.
• Knowledge of SIS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Queenstown or similar industrial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Develop advanced process control strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control hardware/software.
• Create P&IDs and loop diagrams for control systems.
• Collaborate with process engineers to define control requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis for control failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain system documentation including alarm management.
