Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Senior Process Chemist for a 6-month contract in St. Louis, MO. The incumbent will lead development, scale-up, and transfer of API processes under GMP, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure compliant, efficient manufacturing.

The role requires a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (or M.S. with extensive API experience) and hands-on experience with NMR, TLC, and LCMS, plus GMP expertise and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Strong background in organic and process chemistry with process development and scale-up experience.
• GMP manufacturing support, validation activities, and commercial transfer experience.
• Familiar with analytical instrumentation and PAT concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and scale-up of advanced API manufacturing processes.
• Serve as technical lead for process transfer to manufacturing scale under GMP.
• Identify and optimize efficient chemical transformations to API targets.
• Collaborate with analytical chemists, process engineers, project managers, and external partners.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation and batch records.
• Support regulatory documentation submissions, including DMFs.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and federal regulations.
