Responsibilities

• Operate and clean in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and Processing Areas.
• Support the sanitation program; maintain sanitary work area.
• Organize daily processing schedule to ensure batched product is available.
• Verify powders are selected and added to formulas; record keeping (weight, lot #, batch #).
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment (raw tanks, blend tanks, lines).
• Operate equipment and follow SOPs; startup/shutdown and sanitation of equipment.
