EMD Electronics in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on technician to execute substrate workflows per engineering SOPs in a Class 100 cleanroom. You will operate metrology and processing tools (e-testers, PVD, ALD, Litho, Wet) and document any abnormalities to the supervisor and engineers.

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility to cross-train across varying equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the substrate’s workflow as defined by engineering staff using cleanroom protocol and operation of e-testers, metrology, processing equipment, and litho; document abnormalities to Supervisor, EQE, and Process Engineers.
• Update the pass-down on equipment and sample status in the workflow; respond to inquiries from team members and other departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction; learn, understand, and adhere to established SOPs.
