Experis Technology Group is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor production in a Class 100 cleanroom environment in San Jose, CA. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform PM to ensure tool uptime and performance, coordinating withEngineering, Manufacturing and Leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, documentation of activities, data collection, and cross-team collaboration to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to restore performance quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems.
• Collect and record operational data to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership to improve KPIs andtool uptime.
