Responsibilities

• Drive process and control improvement by providing timely feedback to business partners.
• Review process maps, procedures, and control design language for risk and compliance.
• Identify risks and facilitate change with segment partners.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and automation to strengthen processes.
• Maintain understanding of Institutional Services products, processes and regulatory criteria.
• Manage several workstreams, balance priorities, provide status updates.
• Promote belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
