Robinson & Henry, P.C. seeks a Probate Partner & Team Lead to own complex probate matters across the Colorado Front Range. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, guiding senior and junior attorneys in estate litigation, trust administration, and guardianship issues.

You must have 10+ years in probate, be Colorado Bar‑in good standing, and demonstrate strong courtroom experience and leadership within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Probate litigators with 10+ years of dedicated probate experience who want autonomy, work-life respect, and the backing of a firm that rewards leadership.
• You are in good standing with the Colorado Bar and have proven courtroom and hearing experience in contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients exclusively in probate and trust administration, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship matters, and estate-related litigation.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other complex probate court filings.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating emotionally charged probate disputes.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and guide junior colleagues to efficiently move probate cases forward.
