BCG Attorney Search seeks a Probate Litigation Attorney in Houston, TX with a strong courtroom presence and expertise in probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters. This role leads significant cases with robust support from the firm’s administrative and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in probate litigation, is licensed in Texas, and can travel between offices. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, and experience with Clio and e-filing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Bar member, 2+ years licensed.
• 5+ years in estate planning, probate, and guardianship litigation.
• Proven courtroom success with fearless advocacy.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Driver's license and ability to travel between offices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-stakes litigation from intake to final judgment, including contested matters.
• Lead probate litigation such as guardianships and trust disputes.
• Conduct trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions with confidence.
• Develop and execute sophisticated litigation tactics and negotiation strategies.
• Provide compassionate representation to clients during challenging times.
• Supervise paralegals and staff to ensure precise legal documents.
