Qualifications

• Active Texas State Bar member with at least 2 years licensure.
• 5+ years probate, estate planning, and guardianship litigation experience.
• Proven courtroom litigation success and strong advocacy skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities with empathy.
• Ability to travel between firm office locations to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-stakes litigation from intake to final decree, including complex matters.
• Lead probate litigation tasks such as guardianships, will contests, and fiduciary breaches; draft comprehensive estate plans.
