Qualifications

• Active Texas State Bar membership with at least 2 years of licensed practice.
• 5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship litigation.
• Proven courtroom success and confident trial advocacy.
• Willingness to travel between firm locations in Texas.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Case Leadership: Drive high-stakes litigation from intake to final decree/judgment.
• EPG Litigation & Drafting: Lead probate litigation and draft comprehensive estate plans.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Lead first-chair trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop sophisticated litigation strategies for dynamic dockets.
• Client Counsel: Provide results-driven, empathetic representation to clients.
• Regional Flexibility: Manage caseload across multiple firm locations in Texas.
• Administrative Excellence: Supervise paralegals and support staff to ensure precise pleadings and discovery.
