Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate representation to clients during challenging times.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff to ensure precision in legal documents.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar with a minimum of 2 years licensed.
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship litigation.
• Proven success in the courtroom with a fearless approach to litigation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between office locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
