Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Adversarial Probate.
• Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.
• Must be confident and mostly autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from beginning to end.
• Delegate to and supervise the work of paralegals.
• Review and edit drafts of probate documents.
• Draft substantive complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
• Research various probate issues.
• Attend meetings and court hearings.
