Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 3–5 years of probate law experience, with estate administration and estate planning.
• Experience handling probate litigation or contested estates is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage probate matters and deadlines.
• Strong legal research and writing skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

• Handle all probate matters from petitions to estate administration.
• Advise on estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, and client correspondence.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case information in the firm's system.
