Job summary

Donnelly- is seeking a Senior ProWatch System Administrator for a 12+ month onsite assignment in New York City. The role will support an enterprise physical security and surveillance infrastructure, including Pro-Watch, Genetec Security Center, ChangeGear SQL databases, and video systems.

The successful candidate will administer Pro-Watch servers, manage Nutanix deployments, support SQL databases, and coordinate patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience supporting enterprise server environments and critical infrastructure.
• Experience supporting physical security systems, access control platforms, video management systems, or related OT environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Pro-Watch access control servers and hardware.
• Manage Nutanix Cluster Management & Deployment.
• Support Genetec Security Center servers, video management systems, and camera integrations.
• Maintain and optimize ChangeGear SQL databases, with backup and recovery capabilities.
• Serve as SME for enterprise IP camera systems, video storage, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot access control, surveillance, server, and database incidents.
• Coordinate hardware/software upgrades for physical security systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
