Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Manager of Pro Strategy and Execution to lead cross-functional initiatives in the Pro business. You will coordinate with Outside Sales, Product, Finance and HR to drive execution excellence and present executive updates with strategic storytelling.

You will manage leadership rhythms, develop integrated portfolio visibility, and translate insights into actions that improve customer and associate outcomes, profitability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of priority Pro initiatives, establishing objectives, roadmaps, owners and risks.
• Partner with Outside Sales leadership to translate performance insights into action plans.
• Collaborate with product, technology, finance, HR and communications to drive adoption and business results.
• Manage leadership rhythms and deliverables including business reviews and executive updates.
• Maintain integrated portfolio visibility across initiatives, KPIs and milestones.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives linking initiatives to value.
