Qualifications

• Collaborate with merchandising to align assortment, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing and financial planning for the Pro category.
• Lead and mentor Senior Analyst, Pro Merchandising.
• Drive category strategy, sourcing, and delivery for Pro customers.
• Oversee special projects including training and supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate offerings for Pro customers.
