Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Merchandising Product Strategy to own portfolio intake, planning cadence, and OKR tracking. You will lead business-case development and conduct value analyses for initiatives, while guiding a team of Senior Analysts.

The role requires experience in merchandising or product organizations, strong data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Product Management. Travel is minimal and leadership development is a focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or product organizations.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks for product organizations.
• Experience partnering with Product Management on business-case hand-off.

Responsibilities

• Scopes projects, develops project charters and risk assessments.
• Develops project management plans, goals, objectives, budgets.
• Manages process improvement projects and system implementations, budgets and schedules.
• Identifies current and future business process improvement opportunities.
• Provides leadership and development guidance to Business Analysts.
