Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one state where Bank of America operates.
• 5+ years of attorney experience in law firm, government, or in-house.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence with senior leaders.
• Strong issue spotting, risk assessment, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with lawyers, business partners, and compliance professionals.
