Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced Private Banking professional to manage ultra-high-net-worth client relationships and lead investment reviews. You will develop policy statements, advise on asset allocation, and coordinate with the Investment Committee to deliver tailored investment solutions.

Required credentials include high-level FINRA licenses (Series 7/63) and a strong background in fixed income, equities, and alternatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA, CFA or CFP preferred
• Series 7 and Series 63 required
• Extensive experience with fixed income, structured notes, equities and alternatives
• Experience managing discretionary and brokerage relationships
• Strong ability to communicate sophisticated investment strategies to clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver the firm's investment philosophy and solutions in ongoing relationship management with team members
• Participate with the Investment Committee
• Conduct investment reviews with prospects and clients to validate objectives and prepare recommendations
• Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation
• Maintain knowledge of Private Bank products and strategies
• Engage in business development to deliver results and close sales of complex investments
