Job summary

Texas Capital seeks an experienced Private Banker to manage ultra-high-net-worth relationships in the Texas market. You will review portfolios, recommend sophisticated investment strategies, and coordinate with the Investment Committee to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge across fixed income, equities, and alternatives, plus strong sales and regulatory compliance capabilities. Join a team focused on long-term client success and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years banking experience, with 7+ years in private banking.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or equivalent; MBA/CFA/ CFP preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 63 required.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income, structured notes, equities and alternatives.
• Experience managing discretionary and brokerage relationships.
• Ability to develop and maintain ultra-high net-worth client relationships.
• Experience navigating FINRA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication of sophisticated investment strategies and outcomes.
• Sales experience including prospecting, referrals, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the firm’s philosophy and solutions on a relationship basis with the team.
• Participate in Investment Committee discussions and decisions.
• Review client investments and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Private Bank products and strategies.
• Engage in business development to grow client base and referrals.
• Initiate and close sales of complex investment products.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and colleagues.
• Adhere to all securities rules and code of conduct.
