Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced Private Wealth leader to drive growth and manage a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients. The role combines relationship management, investment planning, and cross-bank collaboration to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, industry licenses, and a deep network in the regional wealth management space, supporting a strategic expansion plan.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in private wealth management or related financial services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing wealth management teams.
• Proven track record of growing private wealth business and UHNW/HNW client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth by acquiring new UHNW/HNW client relationships and expanding wallet share across investment management, banking, lending, and trust & estate services.
• Establish and execute a disciplined business development strategy aligned with Private Wealth growth objectives.
• Lead a regional team of Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors with a high-performance culture.
