G MASS Consulting is seeking a senior Private Markets Operations professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of private debt and private equity investments. This hands-on role requires autonomy and prior bank or asset manager exposure, ensuring effective execution and process development.

You will handle complex deal flows, settlements, and lifecycle accounting while collaborating with front office, legal, finance, and compliance to maintain strong operational control.

Formación

• Proven experience within a private markets / alternatives operations environment (private debt and/or private equity) — essential
• Strong understanding of loan-based instruments and private market transaction mechanics
• Solid grasp of lifecycle accounting across private assets (P&I, fees, capital movements)
• Familiarity with fund and SPV structures and how capital is deployed
• Experience operating in a controlled, high-accuracy environment managing complex transaction flows
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities within a live deal environment
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
• Systems literacy: experience with platforms such as WSO, G-Treasury; SQL proficiency is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end operational lifecycle of private debt and private equity investments
• Support transaction execution and asset onboarding: asset setup, settlement, documentation
• Oversee loan lifecycle events: drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, restructurings
• Perform and review lifecycle accounting: P&I, fees, capital activity
• Conduct reconciliations, exception management, investigation of breaks
• Partner with front office, legal, finance, compliance for accurate execution
• Drive process improvements across the platform
