Qualifikationen

• Experience with term loans, revolvers and other loan structures.
• Understanding of accounting implications of asset lifecycle events (P&I, fees, capital).
• Ability to operate in a controlled, detail-oriented environment with accuracy and timeliness.

Aufgaben

• Oversee settlement and daily operations across private debt and private equity investments throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support asset lifecycle activities: setup, ticket prep, settlement confirmation, reconciliations, vaulting, investigations.
• Manage security registration processes and support complex debt restructurings, amendments and refinancings.
• Coordinate loan agency activities: drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, covenant events.
• Review and maintain lifecycle accounting events: P&I, fees, expenses, capital calls, distributions.
