Novant Asset Management Company (NAMCO) is hiring an experienced Investment Analyst Sr (Private Markets) to oversee an existing portfolio across private equity, private credit, real estate and real assets. You will underwrite new fund investments, perform due diligence, and deliver investment reporting and market analyses.

The role requires 4+ years in private markets, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and CFA/CAIA preferred.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of private markets investment experience in private equity, private credit, or real estate.
• CFA designation preferred; CAIA designation preferred.
• Solid communication and presentation skills; strong financial markets knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Bloomberg, MSCI Private i, and custodian systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage existing private markets portfolio (private equity, private credit, real estate, real assets).
• Underwrite and recommend new fund investments; perform due diligence and investment reporting.
• Build financial models; conduct market analysis and research; analyze fees and expenses.
• Contribute to portfolio construction discussions and evaluation of asset managers and macro conditions.
