Regent is seeking a Senior Associate to support the full investment lifecycle — from deal evaluation through M&A execution and post-close portfolio company operations.

The role spans transactional and operating work, requiring buy-side private equity or investment banking experience, strong financial modeling, and the ability to move between diligence and portfolio optimization. Based in Beverly Hills, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of buy-side PE or investment banking experience.
• Direct exposure to live transaction execution (diligence, modeling, deal structuring).
• Strong finance background with financial modeling and valuation skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new investment opportunities, including market research and financial modeling.
• Manage due diligence workstreams with internal teams and outside advisors.
• Support deal structuring, negotiation prep, and closing processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to leadership.
• Partner with portfolio company management to monitor performance post-close.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear KPIs and timelines.
• Support integration efforts for newly acquired businesses.
