Job summary

Regent in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Associate to support the full investment lifecycle, from deal evaluation to post-close portfolio operations. This role blends transactional work with hands-on operating responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has buy-side PE or investment banking experience and will work closely with firm leadership and the Chairman on live transactions, integration, and portfolio performance in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of buy‑side PE or investment banking experience.
• Direct exposure to live transactions (diligence, modeling, deal structuring).
• Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management.
• Executive‑level communication and high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities with market research, modeling, and valuation.
• Manage due diligence workstreams with internal teams and advisors.
• Support deal structuring, negotiation prep, and closing processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials for the Chairman and senior leadership.
• Partner with portfolio company management post‑close.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives with KPIs and timelines.
• Assist integration of new acquisitions within Regent's operating model.
• Maintain connectivity between leadership, deal counterparts, and portfolio managers.
• Manage multiple workstreams across deal and portfolio priorities.
