Loomis Sayles is seeking a Senior/Lead Analyst for Private Credit Operations in Boston, MA. You will support all operational activities across the private credit lifecycle and collaborate with investment, legal, and client services teams.

The role requires 7+ years in private credit operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position offers a competitive salary of $105,000-$140,000 plus an annual discretionary incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/economics/math/CS preferred.
• 7+ years in private credit operations supporting lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing loan documents for terms and ops.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong math, quantitative skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage time.
• Effective written and oral communication; process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational aspects of the private credit lifecycle from deal execution to settlement.
• Handle private credit administration and book transactions.
• Coordinate with client custodian banks on closing, settlement, and post-settlement activity.
• Assist investment and legal teams with closing activities and transaction management.
• Resolve settlement issues and payment discrepancies with custodial teams.
• Support trading with new security setup, trade compliance and execution.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements across asset classes and teams.
• Assist legal with deal amendments and downstream system updates.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Relationship teams on custodian questions.
• Serve as data steward for private market data across internal systems.
• Act as Private Market liaison on cross-functional projects.
