Job summary

State Street is seeking a NAV professional for its Private Credit team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on delivering administrative services for hedge funds and private market products, coordinating with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax and financial reporting across locations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 5–6 years of Private Market experience, and familiarity with Investran or Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Liaise with client personnel daily and maintain relationships with investment professionals, auditors and bankers.
• Review quarterly and annual financial work papers, schedules, accruals and partner capital allocations.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, waterfalls and capital allocations.
