Qualifications

• Strong understanding of private credit, leveraged loans, and credit underwriting principles.
• Experience with structured products: CLOs, securitizations, warehouse facilities, asset-backed financing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, underwrite, and execute debt investments across credit strategies.
• Perform financial analysis, cash flow modeling, underwriting, due diligence.
• Support portfolio management: monitor performance and risk-adjusted returns.
• Structure complex credit investments: senior secured loans, unitranche, opportunistic credit.
• Collaborate with investment professionals and external counterparties to close transactions.
• Assist with CLOs, securitizations, warehouse facilities and other structured finance solutions.
• Model capital structures, waterfalls, collateral performance, and cash flows.
• Prepare investment committee materials and investor presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and financing alternatives.
• Coordinate with legal, treasury, operations, and compliance during execution.
