The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in private credit or related fields, with strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills. Exposure to CLOs, securitizations, warehouse facilities, and asset-backed financing is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
• 2-5 years in private credit, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of private credit investing and structuring.
• Experience with CLOs, securitizations, warehouse facilities, and asset-backed financing.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in private credit and structured finance markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, underwrite, and execute debt investments across the firm's credit strategies.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, cash flow modeling, credit underwriting, and due diligence.
• Support portfolio management activities, including monitoring portfolio company performance and risk-adjusted returns.
• Structure and analyze complex credit investments, including senior secured loans and unitranche financings.
• Partner with investment professionals, capital markets teams, and external counterparties to execute financing transactions.
• Support structuring and execution of CLOs, securitizations, and warehouse facilities across the platform.
• Model transaction capital structures, financing waterfalls, collateral performance, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare investment committee materials, underwriting memoranda, and portfolio reviews.
