Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting VMware-based infrastructure.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure administration or leadership roles.
• Strong experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN, HA, DRS, DR).
• Experience with Enterprise storage, DR/BC technologies, and scripting (PowerShell/PowerCLI/Python).
• VMware Certified Professional – DCV preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize cloud, virtualization, and storage infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
• Serve as senior technical authority for storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms; troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Lead, mentor, and train engineers; promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Manage complex infrastructure projects across Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Develop, document, and promote best practices and operational procedures.
