ArentFox Schiff is seeking a Senior Associate (8th-year class or above), Counsel, or Income Partner to join its Private Clients, Trusts & Estates practice. This role will work closely with two senior partners, second-chair large matters, and independently manage a portfolio of matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Experience managing client projects from inception to conclusion.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of income and transfer tax regimes.
• Willingness to step in on short notice to complete projects.
• Ability to supervise junior attorneys and manage teams.
