Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Services Manager in the FSO EDGE Private practice to lead delivery of tax compliance and consulting for private entities and high-net-worth individuals. The role involves technical planning, coordination with clients, and advising on complex tax matters within a globally connected team.

You will manage engagement deliverables, mentor staff, and help grow the private client tax business in a hybrid work environment across the US, including regional nuances in major markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant fields (Accounting/Finance/Tax/Law).
• Licensed CPA/EA or attorney preferred.
• 8+ years in professional/tax services within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex cases.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams to gather information and produce tax statements and returns.
• Support long-term client relationships and manage workflow and engagement economics.
• Provide direction on complex tax matters and coach team members.
• Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
