Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting to grow the book of business.
• Maintain a high-net-worth referral network to develop new client relationships.
• Ability to solve complex financial challenges with holistic planning.
• Passion for guiding clients and delivering bespoke solutions in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63/65); must obtain licenses within 150 days of hire.
