Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting to grow the book.
• Maintain a high-net-worth referral network and build trusted client relationships.
• Solve complex financial challenges with holistic financial planning and advisory insight.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver bespoke solutions and exceptional service.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 7, and FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65); licenses must be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful client relationships and provide exceptional, personalized experiences.
• Discern client needs and tailor bespoke solutions aligned with goals and timelines.
• Develop primary banking and lending relationships and introduce wealth management services.

• Build a pipeline by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
• Network with referral sources to generate banking and investment opportunities.
• Partner across business lines to address client needs with precision.
• Uphold risk and controls by following policies and regulatory guidelines.
