Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Associate Project Manager for its Private Client unit in New York. You will report to the Client Experience Support Lead and manage multiple initiatives across the Affluent segment, using strong communication and PM skills to deliver results and enhance client experiences.

Lead cross-functional projects with Consumer Banking and Wealth Management teams, preparing executive-ready reports and ensuring timely delivery with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and Business Banking teams.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with strong Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the JPMorgan Private Client business.
• Collaborate with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of businesses to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Direct project activities, monitor details, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery; conduct root cause analyses and suggest solutions.
• Identify and document best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and present to leadership; participate in meetings as escalation point.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and elevate project issues promptly, helping to resolve them effectively.
