Relation Insurance is seeking a Senior Account Manager for High Net Worth Personal Lines in California. You will be the primary contact for affluent clients, assessing needs and designing customized coverage for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, and art.

Role emphasizes risk management, renewals, and proactive client service. Travel to client sites may be required; strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Property and Casualty License from state of domicile required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designations are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in personal lines insurance.
• Knowledge of high-net-worth products and affluent clients.
• Experience managing insurance portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and design tailored coverage options.
• Provide risk management advice to mitigate liabilities.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and changes in coverage.
• Assist clients with claims and work with carriers for resolution.
