Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a High Net Worth Personal Lines Senior Account Manager to oversee insurance portfolios for affluent clients, assess needs, and design customized coverage for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry and fine art.

You will deliver risk management advice and manage renewals, while expanding client relationships and opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a Property & Casualty license, 7+ years in personal lines for HNW clients, strong analytical skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required and must be maintained.
• CPCU and/or CIC designations are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of personal insurance products for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Experience managing insurance portfolios for high-net-worth clients including luxury homes, fine art, and collectibles.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills for client meetings and webinars.
• Advanced knowledge of all aspects of personal lines of coverage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client advocate and primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Assess clients' unique insurance needs and design tailored coverage options for luxury assets.
• Provide risk management advice to mitigate risks and liabilities.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and changes; strategically remarket renewals for high retention.
• Identify and resolve complex client service issues.
• Assist clients with claims and work with carriers for prompt resolution.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers for the best coverage options.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align coverage with changing needs.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes affecting high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; propose process improvements.
• May manage and direct the work of others; adopt AI solutions into service processes.
