Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a High Net Worth Personal Lines Senior Account Manager to manage prestigious client portfolios. You will assess needs, design tailored coverage for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, and art, and provide ongoing risk management guidance to protect assets.

In this role, you will handle renewals, endorsements, and pricing negotiations with carriers, support claims, and conduct regular reviews to ensure coverage keeps pace with clients’ lifestyles and markets.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property & Casualty license in the candidate’s state of domicile.
• Four-year degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in personal lines insurance, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products for affluent individuals and families.
• Experience managing insurance portfolios for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, and collectibles.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Assess client needs and design tailored coverage for luxury assets (homes, vehicles, jewelry, art).
• Provide risk management guidance to mitigate risks and liabilities.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and changes; strategically remarket renewals to boost retention.
• Assist clients with claims and coordinate with carriers for timely resolutions.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers to secure best coverage.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align coverage with evolving client needs.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks for HNW clients.
