Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a High Net Worth Personal Lines Senior Account Manager to oversee insurance portfolios for affluent clients. You will assess needs, design customized coverage, and provide ongoing risk management guidance.

Build relationships to encourage new and repeat business while ensuring assets such as luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, and art are well protected. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and claims support, negotiate with carriers, and deliver proactive,

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property and Casualty license in the state of domicile.
• CPCU or CIC designation a plus.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in personal lines insurance for high-net-worth clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and design tailored coverage for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, fine art, and other high-value assets.
• Provide personalized risk management advice and assist with renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
• Assist clients with claims and work with carriers for prompt, fair resolutions.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers to optimize coverage and value.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align coverage with evolving needs and lifestyle.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and emerging risks for high-net-worth individuals.
