Job summary

A leading insurance brokerage is looking for a dedicated professional to manage high-net-worth client accounts in Portland, Oregon. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include maintaining client retention, providing technical advice, and responding to inquiries from underwriters. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, along with comprehensive benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
• High School Graduate, college degree preferred.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts.
• Provide technical expertise and consultative approach.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly.
• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
