Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Senior Account Manager who will market smaller and less complex accounts, build strong client and carrier relationships, and mentor teammates. You will support Producers and Marketing Account Executives on larger accounts, manage renewals, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

You will leverage expertise in coverage knowledge, carrier guidelines, and client management systems to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of personal lines insurance experience.
• HNW or coastal insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Lead the client service team in service activities related to administration, billing, and problem solving.
• Coordinate internal/external activities to ensure timely handling of new and renewal accounts.
• Continually seek cross-selling opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients and present options to clients.
• Lead marketing efforts for smaller, less complex accounts and prepare marketing information.
• Manage implementation processes and ensure all forms are delivered to clients.
