Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Manager to own the end-to-end private brand assortment across Amazon and Whole Foods Market. You will lead product strategy, supplier relationships, and P&L ownership to drive profitable growth across Grocery channels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps based on market analysis, manage negotiations, and champion sustainability and quality standards while delivering customer-centric, affordable private-brand products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience required.
• 5+ years of Excel experience or equivalent.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned categories and develop a compelling roadmap.
• Partner with senior teams to build business cases and roadmaps based on market insights.
• Develop PRFAQs, six-pagers, and product requirements documents to articulate strategy.
• Lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships to optimize the portfolio.
