Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Private Banking in Philadelphia to lead strategic relationship management within Wealth Management. The role focuses on growing client relationships, advising on strategic objectives, and coordinating with marketing, legal, compliance, and service teams.

The candidate will manage complex lending products, drive organic growth, and ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and reviews, while staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial services with client/banking products.
• Knowledge of credit policies and underwriting procedures.
• Experience in relationship management or client services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for managing and growing client banking relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand objectives and recommend solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to broaden client relationships and drive growth.
• Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for client satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of moderate- to large-sized clients with revenue targets.
• Conduct client reviews to ensure engagement and alignment with needs.
