Job summary

Columbia Bank's Private Banking team seeks an experienced relationship leader to serve high-net-worth clients with integrated wealth solutions. You will manage complex portfolios, oversee planning across investments, trusts, and credit, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary client team to exceed expectations.

The role requires a decade of financial services experience, relevant certifications, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional financial experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• MLO registration under SAFE Act; not for closed-end MLO.
• CFP, CIMA, CPWA, ChFC, CTFA, CPA, CFA, CWS or AWMA preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses; insurance license preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through referrals from clients and internal partners.
• Profile client needs and provide tailored advice across investments, trust and wealth transfer, credit, and deposits.
• Lead the client team in planning, delivery, and regular reviews with clients.
• Communicate proactively about market conditions and keep clients informed.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and complete required training.
