Job summary

Jobtailor in Florida is seeking a senior Private Banking Relationship Leader to acquire and deepen high-net-worth client relationships, coordinating across the bank to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

You will lead a client team, advocate for clients, and drive cross-sell of wealth structuring, credit facilities, asset management, and digital capabilities adoption. This role requires 12+ years in private banking and appropriate Series licenses.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience.
• Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets).
• Ability to present clients with a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence, negotiate, and close business.
• Minimum education aligns with a high school diploma or equivalent; SAFE Act registration required for mortgage loan originations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and deepen client relationships.
• Build internal and external networks to achieve business development goals.
• Lead the Client Management Process within the client team.
• Partner across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience.
• Provide clients access to Private Bank capabilities and services.
• Ensure retention of clients and deliver holistic wealth solutions.
