First Horizon Bank seeks a Private Client Sales Manager to lead a high-value client portfolio and a large private banking team. You will deliver full balance sheet advice, coordinating with specialists to customize credit, deposits, investments, and wealth planning solutions.

The role requires deep client relationship experience, advanced credit knowledge, and a track record of exceeding sales targets within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. On-site presence in Florida is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, private banking, wealth management or commercial banking.
• Proven success managing affluent and high-net-worth client relationships.
• Advanced credit knowledge and experience structuring complex lending solutions.
• Strong understanding of deposit, credit, and investment products.
• Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Must comply with SAFE Act requirements within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales process and ensure success of a large Private Client team.
• Recruit, lead, and coach private banking team members.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor understanding client goals and needs.
• Recommend customized solutions including credit, deposits, investments, insurance, and wealth planning.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structuring.
