Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Private Banking professional to identify and guide suitable credit and cash management solutions for high-net-worth clients within a broader Private Banking team.

You will leverage internal networks to introduce AMG banking products, build relationships with clients and partners, and manage a book of business to drive retention and revenue while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• University/college degree typically required for roles at this level.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Proficiency in credit analysis, financial analysis, origination, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Knowledge of banking policies and regulations.
• No required licenses listed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide guidance on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net-worth clients.
• Work as part of a broader Private Banking team.
• Leverage internal and external client networks to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and centers of influence.
• Make day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document complex credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and sales revenue expansion.
• Analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
• Apply customer-focused practices and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
